The PHS Basketball Program is once again sponsoring the boy's basketball league for students in grades 4-6 starting on Wednesday, September 9th at Pacific High School starting at 5:30 p.m. with the league starting practice at 6 p.m. The cost is $40 to participate in the league.
Please bring the attached registration paperwork to the Sept. 9th sign up event held in the Pacific High School gym.

- Wednesday, Sept. 16th from 6-8 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 24th from 6-8 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept.30th from 6-8 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 7th from 6-8 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct.14th from 6-8 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 21st from 6-8 p.m.
Items to Bring:
- Mask
- Completed Entry Form & Payment
- Signed Waiver Form
- Basketball Gear (Shoes, etc.)
- Water Bottle
- Towel (If desired)
- Please DO NOT bring your own ball, one will be provided while we play.

** If you are playing another sport we would like to see you still come and play as much as possible. Just let us know when you sign up so we can make sure we have enough players on each team.**
