Angel Martinez was the winner of the JAG Essay contest “How should a citizen prepare to vote?” for PHS. On November 13, she spent the day in Jefferson City at a reception at the Governor’s Mansion hosted by Governor Mike Parson and the First Lady Teresa Parson. While there, Angel was able to meet other JAG winners from across the state as well as Governor Parson and Teresa Parson, who are Co-Chairs for JAG Missouri.
