A big shoutout to Staff Sergeant Justin Phillips and members of the National Guard aviation community...
It was a beautiful day and what a privilege it was to be able to fly in a Blackhawk!!! For some, this was their first flight ever!
PHS staff were first given a lesson on the aircraft and safety procedures followed by an overview of the Blackhawk. Staff then took to the air in a trip around Pacific and back to the high school.
Thanks again to Staff Sergeant Phillips and the National Guard for making this happen.
