Pacific Intermediate and Zitzman Elementary are excited to celebrate Veterans Day, and honor those who served our country, with a parade through the campus. We invite families, friends, and community members to celebrate our local heroes by decorating their cars, honking, and waving to students and staff! As we prepare to start our new year, we want to keep student, staff, and families health as the priority. As such, our Open House event next Tuesday, August 17th, will require that all visitors to the building regardless of vaccination status be masked. This does change our original plans for the Ice Cream Social scheduled for incoming 5th grade students. We will no longer be serving the ice cream for students and parents at school so we can all be masked while on campus. Additionally, we will move the meeting to the 6th grade gym (main gym) so we can have more space. We encourage you to sit with your families and attempt to spread out between families. We look forward to seeing you on the 17th, and we appreciate your cooperation as we work to keep Pacific Intermediate a safe place.
