Last week, Pacific Intermediate students visited Main Event and took part in Play Academy. An accredited STEAM curriculum, Play Academy combines authentic lessons with captivating games that resonate with children. Students explored light refraction using lasers and mirrors. This practical experience allowed them to apply their knowledge in a thrilling game of laser tag. The students further engaged in various arcade games to gain insights into Newton's 1st Law, variables, and probability. #MVNation

The Meramec Valley R-III School District is offering a 4-week summer learning program that includes hands-on STEM based games, activities, and free field trips for incoming K-8 students. PI JAG club students spent part of their morning with Coleman students reading with them today!

Pacific Intermediate went all out for Pi Day last Thursday, 3/14, with their yearly Pi Night! Students and their families showed up to enjoy tasty pie, browse the book fair, snap a few pics in the photo booth, & compete in book bingo to win some sweet prizes. #MVNation

Tomorrow is Purple and White Day at PI. We are asking. Sixth grade to wear Purple and 5th grade to wear white. Please help us with this as we also have a group drone picture scheduled for the purple and white.
