It may have been delayed by weather for a week, but there was no stopping our MVR-III staff and students from participating in and celebrating the 7th Annual Special Education Field Day today. Established for special needs students across the district, the 2024 edition was coordinated by co-chairs Stacy Kloeppel, Cathy Bearden, Erin Tesar, and Jordan Garlik. Participants are matched with PHS student buddies, and they are free to experience stations on the stadium field for gross motor skills, sports, sensory areas, face painting, and much more. The outpouring of care and support from staff, students, volunteers, and sponsors makes #MVNation second to none! Video: https://youtu.be/0cyQdjLk5tg

Robertsville had a very successful Grandparents Day. We counted over 100 visitors today. Thank you to everyone who made today so special. We had bingo, donuts, a photo opportunity, and a Book Fair…oh my. We look forward to doing it again next year.

Fourth grade students from across the district competed in the MVR-III Spelling Bee last week.
