Oasis Intergenerational Tutoring pairs volunteers age 50 and older with students in grades K-3 for one-on-one support each week throughout the school year. Volunteers may work with one child or several students, serving as tutors, mentors, and friends while helping students strengthen their reading and math skills and build meaningful relationships.
Volunteer training will be held Thursday, October 8, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the MVR-III Central Office.

Families, please remember that left turns from South Indian Pride Drive onto Payne Street are NOT allowed during:
7:00–8:30 AM
2:30–4:00 PM
If you are leaving the Zitzman drop off (AM) or pickup line (PM), please turn left and travel around Pacific Intermediate’s track instead of attempting to turn left onto Payne Street.
Please allow a little extra time tomorrow as everyone adjusts to the new traffic pattern. Thank you for helping us keep arrival and dismissal safe and moving smoothly! 💜
Zitzman's Open House is TONIGHT from 5:30–7:30 PM! Please check the attached image for your suggested time based on your last name. Multiple entrances will be open to keep everyone moving, including the main entrance, 3rd/4th grade side entrance, guided gym entrance, and our quieter sensory-aware SACC entrance. Students painted using marshmallows, collaborated to build tents with only toothpicks and marshmallows, and enjoyed imaginative play in a classroom camping tent.
