Robertsville Elementary second graders had a truly memorable experience celebrating their Ancient Greek Civilizations unit. Holding their own Olympics with javelin throwing, marathons, and chariot races was a creative and engaging way to bring history to life. It's wonderful to see their enthusiasm and the efforts of their teachers to make learning fun and interactive. #MVNation #GrowingTogether

For the past three years, students at Robertsville Elementary have proudly participated in the “Feed Our Heroes” initiative. This program began as a thoughtful project by Mrs. Wade’s 2nd-grade class. Inspired by the realization that local firefighters often get hungry while on call to serve the community, the students decided to take action. They organized a candy gram sale, using the proceeds to purchase snacks and food items to donate to their local heroes. Each year, the initiative has grown, fostering a spirit of generosity and gratitude among the students while supporting the firefighters who keep their community safe.

Roberetsville Elementary recognized a need in our community to help with expenses for feral cats . Students sold cat stickers around Halloween time. They were able to raise and donate enough money to purchase a kennel, blankets, Capstar, Frontline, toys, litter boxes, a bed and scratching post. There are also adoption opportunities. Weekly Update: November 11-15, 2024

MVR-III students and staff are stepping up to support families impacted by the flood! From lending a helping hand to offering supplies, our community is stronger together. Proud to see #MVNation coming together in a time of need. ❤️ #Service #Community #MVNation #DifferenceMakers @CharacterPlus @character.org

Our thoughts are with each of you as we navigate the flooding affecting our community. To prioritize the safety of our students and staff, the Meramec Valley R-III School District will be closed on Thursday, November 7th, and Friday, November 8th.
During this challenging time, we encourage our staff who are able or willing to volunteer to lend a hand to neighbors, help with sandbagging, or join cleanup efforts once the waters recede. Together, our community will emerge stronger by supporting one another.

Robertsville Elementary First Grade students celebrated The Human Body (Domain 2 of our CKLA resource) by participating in Operation games, making healthy choices during Fill Your Plate Relays, listening to a story by Dr. Suess (Inside Your Outside), and creating models of lungs. Everyone worked hard over the last few weeks learning about the many systems of the Body. #GrowingTogether #MVNation

Reminder that our popcorn fundraiser will be available for pickup tomorrow November, 4th from 2-3 & 4-6. A break is needed to allow for dismissal.

Don’t Forget - Set clocks back one hour tonight, and exercise your right to vote on Tuesday, Nov. 5th! #MVNation

There is no school for MVR-III students tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 1, as staff have a professional learning day.

Looking for some free time, #MVNation parents? Take advantage of the Kids Night Out being offered by the PHS Dance Team! Have your K-4 students enjoy an evening of crafts, activities, games, & more from 5:30 - 8 PM on Friday, Nov. 15. Cost is $30 (+$10 for additional siblings).
