Help our students Grow - become an Oasis Tutor! Oasis Intergenerational Tutoring pairs volunteers ages 50+ with children in grades K-3 to work as their tutors, mentors, and friends. Tutor one child (or several) on a one-on-one basis each week throughout the school year. Volunteer today by calling 314-995-9506 or visiting https://st-louis.oasisnet.org/tutoring/. All MVR-III students can eat a FREE school breakfast every day, and there's nothing extra for you to do! You can be eligible for a prize drawing to win a FREE BIKE or a FREE TV by filling out your household Meal Benefit Application, though, and this may help our district qualify for additional federal funding. Return your paper copy or fill out your online form in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal (under More > Meal Benefits) by Aug. 30 to enter! #MVNation

Meramec Valley R-III students & staff will begin the school year tomorrow, Monday, August 19. PHS/RMS/PI start time is 7:30 AM, and elementary is 8:35 AM. We look forward to beginning our 2024-25 district focus of Growing Together as a school community! #MVNation

MVR-III welcomed our new teachers with a week of learning and fun. From meeting district admin to setting up classrooms, exploring policies, & bonding over scavenger hunts and trivia—our team is ready to begin Growing Together! #MVNation
We truly appreciate any who was able to attend our parent information night at Riverbend. If you were unable to attend, no worries. Mr. Dempsey has shared the presentation via email. We do have two important dates coming up:
1. Optional Schedule Day. That will take place August 7th from 8am - 11:30am & 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Schedules, locker, and yearbook information will be available.
2. Open House at Riverbend Middle school. That will take place August 14th from 5-6pm. Please come meet your teachers, walk the building and get your schedule & locker information.
*students who receive a schedule on Schedule day will not be provided another schedule until the first day of school.
Remember to vote in the Primary Election tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, from 6 AM - 7 PM. Be sure to register by October 9, 2024, to vote in the November election!
Did you order a 23-24 yearbook? They are in! You may pick up your copy on schedule pickup day, Wednesday, August 7th! Incoming 8th graders can pick up theirs at RMS and the incoming freshman can pick theirs up at PHS. Any questions, please email Ms. Miles.
