Students in Ms. Light's STEm classes were only allowed 100 building supplies and were tasked with building the tallest tower out of spaghetti noodles and marshmallows.




MVR-III summer school begins on Monday, June 3. Parents may access bus routes on the district webpage at bit.ly/mvr3summer. Your patience is appreciated as bus drivers establish new summer routes & safety routines. Don’t forget - breakfast and lunch is free!

Riverbend Middle School students celebrated the last day of school with an assembly. We started with a staff-student volleyball game. Staff won against the 7th graders, but the 8th graders beat the staff. We followed this with presentation of the new tiles made by Mrs. Puls Studio Art Class. Finally, staff competed in an inflatable relay pictures. Enjoy a look at some of the fun this morning.
Another big day for Riverbend Middle School students! Today, 7th grade students were recognized for their work in the classroom. Students received awards for academic achievement and improvement in areas of academics or behavior!
Several of our 8th grade students traveled to Jefferson City to be recognized for their efforts as well. These students were nominated for a Glory of Missouri Award. The virtues are Knowledge, Liberty, Equality, Law, Justice, Fraternity, Education, Progress, Honor, Truth, Virtue, Temperance, Enterprise and Charity.

Tonight at the St. Louis Cardinals game, Riverbend Middle School was recognized as a Champions of Character School. Then, our bands played the National Anthem. It's a great day to be an Indian!
