Students in Ms. Smith's 2nd grade class participated in a paint n' sip on Friday. So many creative little artists.
Coleman Elementary's Counselor teamed up with PHS DECA to support and inspire students in preparation for state testing. PHS students created a poem with affirmations focused on prioritizing sleep, healthy eating, & self-regulation, and then used their skills and the program's equipment to press the design onto pillowcases. An assembly was held, complete with a few different Survivor-like challenges that symbolized these priorities, and the uplifting pillowcases were gifted to each 3rd & 4th grader afterwards. 4th Grade students had a wonderful time visiting the St. Louis Arch and Museum last week. Before traveling to the top, students learned about the Gateway to the West, the American frontier, and local St. Louis history. For some, this was their first trip in the Arch. So glad everyone had a good time!

Established for special needs students across the district, the 2025 edition was coordinated by co-chairs Cathy Bearden, Stacy Kloeppel, Allison Daves, Jordan Garlik, and Kassie Nowak. This inclusive event is a community effort made possible through the hard work and assistance of our staff, high school students, and sponsors.
