The first day of Summer School is in the books! Students met with Dr. Tollison and Mr. Munson for a popcicle/bubbles dance party. 🌞
They discussed prizes that could be won and enjoyed some time outside. Ask your child if they had fun today! We plan on having multiple dance parties this summer with cool treats! 🍧 We will have snow cones and an even bigger bubble machine on Friday at the dance party!
Work is occurring on the internet/phone lines today at Nike. We will be without internet or phone lines from roughly 10 until 1 today. Sorry for the inconvenience.
MVR-III summer school begins on Monday, June 3. Parents may access bus routes on the district webpage at bit.ly/mvr3summer. Your patience is appreciated as bus drivers establish new summer routes & safety routines. Don’t forget - breakfast and lunch is free!
Nike Scouts did some celebrating yesterday! 🎉
Students got to enjoy some Bounce House Fun as a reward for finishing out the 3rd Trimester strong! Later on in the afternoon, some families joined our Scouts for a Title 1 Reading Celebration!

Happy National Speech & Language Pathologist Day to a true treasure- Mrs. Parker! We appreciate all the skills you help our Scouts work on to improve their overall communication. Teaching a student correct phonetics and building their vocabulary goes a long way, but growing a student's confidence to use their voice is something that will last a lifetime.
