What sound do you get when you put Q & u together? Well, just ask our Nike First Graders.. they can sure tell you! Students in Mrs. Pogue & Ms. Turnbough's class practiced the digraph Qu by having a "Q & u Wedding" today. They reviewed the sound and completed fun activities!
Nike Scouts continue to make strides in our United Way Change Drive! By the end of day four, students have raised $342.96. We have just 1 day left, so check the couch cushions and bring in that spare change! We will be figuring our GRAND TOTAL tomorrow and announcing the grade-level winners of an extra recess. Thank you, Nike Scouts. We are so proud of you!!! 💜
