Ms. Gabriella Guenzler and Mr. Lucas McKinney have officially been sworn in as our newest Board of Education Student Representatives. Serving as non-voting advisors for a one-year term, they will act as a link between the board and the student body, sharing student perspectives and helping inform district decision-making.
We look forward to their leadership and the student insight they will bring to the conversation! 💜

Pacific High School hosted a voter registration booth to help seniors who are 18 or will turn 18 before the upcoming election get registered! 🗳️
This opportunity allowed eligible students to take an important step in civic participation as they prepare to graduate and engage in their communities.

Pacific High School students recently represented MVR-III at the Four Rivers Conference Art Day hosted at East Central College. 🎨
Each conference school selected only 10 student artists to participate in a full day of workshops, where students explored a variety of creative techniques including batik, embroidery, cyanotype, shrink-a-dinks, spray-paint hydro dipping, needle-felting, and Sharpie tie-dye.
The day wrapped up with a collaborative group challenge where students designed and created wearable art pieces for a fashion show!

Pacific High School has extended the nomination window through April 1 for the Hall of Fame Class of 2026! 🏅
The program recognizes alumni whose accomplishments in fields such as business, the arts, academics, athletics, community service, activities, or military service reflect positively on the legacy of PHS.
Community members, alumni, staff, and supporters are encouraged to nominate graduates who continue to make the MVR-III community proud. 💜

Pacific High School Girls Basketball will host its 4th Annual Golf Tournament on Sunday, April 26, at Meramec Lakes Golf Course! ⛳
The scramble begins with an 11:00am registration and a 12:00pm shotgun start. Teams can enjoy a day on the course while supporting the program, with food provided, including hot dogs, brats, chips, and water.
The program is also seeking hole sponsors! Local businesses and community supporters can sponsor a hole for $50, with signage placed on a tee box during the tournament.
➡️ Four-person team entry: $300 per team
➡️ Hole sponsorship: $50 per hole

Students in Pacific High School’s Child Development 1 class are getting hands-on experience with Real Care Babies. This project allows students to take an Infant Simulator home and experience what it is like to care for a newborn. 👶
Through this activity, students learn about responsibility, time management, and the daily needs of an infant while gaining a deeper understanding of parenting.

The Pacific High School Wind Ensemble recently traveled to St. Clair for an exhibition performance clinic. 🎶
Students had the opportunity to perform in St. Clair’s brand-new Performing Arts Center for the St. Clair and Union bands. They received valuable feedback from fellow directors and enjoyed listening to the other ensembles perform!

Members of the PHS Student Council participated in the Polar Plunge, diving into Creve Coeur Lake to support the Special Olympics of Missouri. Thanks to their efforts and the generosity of our community, the team raised more than $1,000 for this incredible organization!
