Today, we celebrate our incredible Cafeteria Staff — the true Lunch Heroes of Riverbend Middle School!
From preparing nutritious meals to serving up smiles every day, our lunch heroes work hard behind the scenes to keep our students fueled and ready to learn. Their kindness, dedication, and care make a difference in the lives of our students and staff every single day.
Thank you for everything you do — we see you, we appreciate you, and we are so lucky to have you!


Riverbend Middle School extends a huge thank you to all of the amazing professionals who took time out of their busy schedules to speak with our students for Skills Day! Your stories, insights, advice, and hands on demonstrations helped inspire our students to think about their futures and the many exciting paths available to them. Friday Staff Spotlight: Coach Hillhouse


MVR-III staff and students enjoyed the 8th Annual Special Education Field Day this morning. Established for special needs students across the district, the 2025 edition was coordinated by co-chairs Cathy Bearden, Stacy Kloeppel, Allison Daves, Jordan Garlik, and Kassie Nowak. This inclusive event is a community effort made possible through the hard work and assistance of our staff, high school students, and sponsors. Special thanks to Pacific Indians Sports Club, Franklin County United Way, R. H. Bruns Vault & Monument, Show-Me Acro, Haue Valley, Pacific Athletic Department, PHS Student Council, PHS JAG, PHS JROTC, PHS Concessions, Amanda Hollingsworth, Bank of Washington, Jasper Builders, Radio Comm Co., and Anonymous! #MVNation #GrowingTogether

8th Grade Students interested in the PHS Dance Team should pick up an information packet in the Riverbend Office. The clinic will be held on Wednesday, May 7th at 6:00 am and Tryouts the following day. If you have any questions please contact Coach Barnes at tbarnes@mvr3.k12.mo.us

Today, we celebrate the unsung heroes who safely transport our students to and from school every day. Our school bus drivers are more than just drivers—they are trusted caretakers, early morning motivators, and friendly faces that make the journey to school a little brighter.
