VENDOR & BID INFORMATION

Vendors requesting to do business with the Meramec Valley R-III School District are required to complete a VENDOR REGISTRATION packet. Please note that a signed and dated W-9 (electronic copy) is needed in order to complete this process. Completing registration does not guarantee future business with the Meramec Valley R-III School District.

Meramec Valley R-III School District is requesting proposals for the following services:

  • The Meramec Valley R-III School District Maintenance Department is accepting bids on TRASH HAULING and/or TRASH HAULING AND RECYCLING through the 2024-2025 school year. Sealed bids clearly printed with the type are to be submitted no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 to:  THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OFFICE, 126 NORTH PAYNE STREET, PACIFIC, MISSOURI   63069. 

  • The Meramec Valley R-III School District is accepting bids for pavement removal and installation at Nike Elementary School. Bid packages will be available after 3:00PM on Monday, April 22, 2024, and may be obtained from the office of Cochran located at 530A East Independence Drive, Union, MO 63084, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $75.00 per hard copy set or $25.00 for an electronic copy. For directions and to check plan availability, please call 636-584-0540. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 10:00AM on site at the Nike Elementary School located at 2264 Highway AP, Catawissa, MO 63015. Sealed bids, with the title clearly printed on the front, must be received by 10:00AM CST on Friday, May 10, 2024 at The Board of Education, 126 N Payne Street, Pacific, MO 63069. They will be opened publicly at that time.

  • The Meramec Valley R-III School District is currently seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions interested in providing the highest quality depository and treasury management services at the lowest cost to the banking services. MVR-III will receive sealed Proposals from qualified financial institutions in St. Louis County desiring to serve as the District's bank depository until 2:00 pm, May 17, 2024, for the period beginning July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029.

  • Meramec Valley R-III is accepting proposals for contracting out the Food Service Program with Cost plus Fee Reimbursable contract for the 2024-2025 School Year. A pre-proposal meeting will be April 30, 2024, at 9:00 am at Pacific High School, 425 Indian Warpath Drive, Pacific, MO 63069. Request for Proposals are due by May 24, 2024, at 126 North Payne Street, Pacific, MO 63069. For questions and bid specifications, please contact Al Kirchhofer at 636-271-1400.
