The "Glory of Missouri" Awards recognize Missouri students who embody the 14 virtues engraved in the Missouri House Chamber: Knowledge, Liberty, Equality, Law, Justice, Fraternity, Education, Progress, Honor, Truth, Virtue, Temperance, Enterprise, and Charity. These students are nominated by their teachers and selected by a committee. They were formally recognized by the House of Representatives at the Missouri State Capitol during a ceremony in Jefferson City today, Monday, April 28.
