Due to the forecasted winter storm, all MVR-III activities scheduled for Saturday, January 24, and Sunday, January 25, have been cancelled. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution to prioritize the safety of our students, families, and staff.
As we continue to navigate winter weather this season, we would also like to share a brief reminder about the district’s inclement weather makeup plan.
Inclement Weather Makeup Plan:
Traditional Snow Days: The district currently has three traditional snow days remaining in the calendar.
AMI Days: Once those three days are used, the district will transition to Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI).
Preparation: Students in PreK-6 should have already received their AMI packets and 7-12th grade AMI lessons are electronically on Canvas. Families may find all PreK-12 lessons here: AMI Student Work.
We encourage families to review these materials in advance so students are prepared if AMI days are needed later this winter.
