Meramec Valley R-III School District Communication Guide
Contact Your Childโs Teacher
If you have a question or concern, begin by contacting your childโs teacher. You may call the school to request a return phone call or communicate with the teacher via email. Because teachers are focused on students during the day, allow 24-48 hours for a reply. If the concern is not resolved, proceed to Step 2.
Contact School Administration
If a resolution is not reached with your childโs teacher, contact your schoolโs office (either by phone or email) and ask to speak to your assistant principal, counselor, or principal. Please have all facts and details ready to share, along with the resolution you are seeking. If the concern is not resolved, proceed to Step 3.
Contact District Office Administrators
If a resolution is not reached with school administration, contact the Central Office at 636-271-1400. If the concern is not resolved, proceed to Step 4.
Contact the Superintendent
If a resolution is not reached with Central Office staff, contact Dr. Carrie Schwierjohn, Superintendent of Schools, at cschwierjohn@mvr3.k12.mo.us. If the concern is not resolved, proceed to Step 5.
Contact the Board of Education
If a resolution is not reached with the Superintendent, contact the Board of Education at dmeyer.boe@mvr3.k12.mo.us.
