Oasis Tutor Volunteers Search for 2021-22 School Year
Oasis Tutors will hold an information meeting on Wednesday, July 14 from 10-11:30 a.m. in the Pacific High School cafeteria, 425 Indian Warpath Drive, Pacific, MO.
Oasis Tutors partner with school districts across the region to pair one volunteer with one student in kindergarten through third grades for an entire school year. The tutors and students work together to build the student’s reading and writing skills along with their confidence.
Covid-19 prevented volunteers from working with students on campus during the 2020-2021 school year. As the district eases Covid mitigation strategies, MVR-III is pleased to partner with Oasis Tutor to assist students with their skills.

Tutors must complete the MVR-III Background Checks process before tutoring may start in the schools. Two background checks must be completed; MO Criminal Records and Family Care Safety Registry. Volunteer Background Check information may be located at: https://www.mvr3.k12.mo.us/page/volunteers.
