Students at Nike Elementary returned from Winter Break to a sensational treat! Ms. Raeker, the school counselor, introduced each class to Nike's new Sensory Path and demonstrated how & when to use it. Our Scouts did a great job following instructions, and since then have been very respectful of the path when passing by! Students and staff would like to thank Ms. Raeker for applying for the Classroom Grant from The Bridge Foundation, which allowed Nike Elementary this new learning tool. We would like to extend our gratitude to the Bridge Foundation for approving the grant and to the businesses and community that support the Foundation. These educational resources would not be possible without their help! #MVNation

Carson, a 3rd grader at Nike Elem, has been a #DifferenceMaker by helping keep the school clean. Carson helps Mr. Mike clean up after lunch and has been spotted picking up & throwing away litter in the hallways. His efforts are making an impression on other students as well!

Riverbend Middle School students in Mrs. Vogt's Culture and Language class recently researched a famous Spanish person, creating informational posters that were hung in the hallway. The class then did a gallery walk and used sticky notes to leave positive comments on the posters.
