MVR-III teachers have organized several events during the month of October to bring attention to Breast Cancer Awareness, while supporting Zitzman & Nike Elementary retiree Rhonda Lee. The “Boo! Glow-in-the-Dark Walk” will be held at the Pacific High School track on Saturday, Oct. 22, beginning at 5 PM. Kids are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to scare away cancer. As part of our Prop 1 project, new asphalt will be laid on Indian Pride Drive in front of PI and Zitzman. This road will be usable, but construction and repaving will take place Oct. 7th (late evening) through Oct. 10th.
