Our 7th and 8th grade Odyssey students recently visited Space Camp in Huntsville, AL. They experienced a variety of astronaut training exercises, engineering challenges, and team-building activities. This trip has been an Odyssey program tradition for over 25 years! #MVNation

The MVR-III English Language Learners (ELL) program is hosting a parents’ meeting in the Pacific High School cafeteria on November 29 at 7 PM. Parents and guardians of all ELL students can learn about everything the district has to offer. Facilitators will go over academics, policies, positions in the buildings (such as who are the principals, counselors, etc.), and available programs. Turkey Challenge 2022 - New Beginnings Lutheran Church and MVR-III have teamed up for the 16th year to donate Thanksgiving meals to families in our community. Families in the district donate the canned food, desserts, and sides for the meal, while New Beginnings donates the turkeys. This year, over 175 families will receive a Thanksgiving Meal Basket. Over the years, the Turkey Challenge has provided 2,400 meal baskets to MVR-III families. We are thankful for the generosity of the church, the donors, and the student and staff volunteers for making this annual event a success. #MVNation
