Students at Riverbend Middle School find many ways to assist around the school - cleaning tables, picking up trash, and helping others. These actions contribute to the common good and reflect civic responsibility. These simple acts can make a big impact, encouraging others to contribute and improving the overall well-being of a community. Congratulations to Trayvonne Knaff, Gunner Grodie, Amber Vaughn, and Charlotte Hendricks for being nominated for this month's Pillar Award.

For years now, 4th grade students at Nike Elementary have left their mark on the school as a part of their service-learning project. Last year was no different! Students in Mrs. Thompson’s class dedicated their time and imagination to create a wonderful piece of wall art. This year, Nike Scouts are able to use the Be The "I" In Kind backdrop to show that they are caring and respectful individuals, in and out of school. Showing respect to ourselves, others, and even our school building is one of Nike's Core Values and a major component to the character education that is taught. We are so proud of all our Nike students, past and present! #MVNation

Reading at home with your children is one of the most powerful ways to support their learning and development. By reading together, you expose them to a wide variety of words, helping to expand their vocabulary and understanding of how language works. Make reading part of your daily routine! Even 15 minutes a day can make a huge difference. Let's inspire a love for reading as we Grow Together! 📖❤️

For the past couple years, two MVR-III students have raised money for the Franklin County Humane Society. Quinn is a 4th grade student from Coleman Elementary, and Nathan is a former Coleman Warrior. This year, joined by their cousins, they raised over $1300 from their lemonade and tea stand at B&H Market. Great job being Difference Makers in our community! #MVNation

Robertsville 3rd grade teacher Liz Holtz began the year by having students create their favorite animal out of Play-Doh. Students then set their creations up as if they were in an art gallery, and they had a Morning Meeting discussion about their creative process. Not only was this a good relationship builder, the activity also aligned with a part of the Robertsville school vision to empower creativity. #MVNation
