*Don’t forget your child’s face covering - they are required on the bus and at school (Grades 5-12)
*Send a water bottle (no glass)
*Take a first day of school photo at home and post it to the MVR-III Facebook page
*Guests are not permitted inside the buildings
*****We are EXCITED to see you!
PHS & Elementary School Open House Tonight-
Families will be grouped by their last name:
A-G from 6-6:30, H-N from 6:45-7:15, and O-Z from 7:30-8:00.
Note: PHS Open House is for all freshmen and students NEW to the high school. ****Face coverings will be required during Open House for any person age 10 and older. We can't wait to see our students and families!
Welcome back to learning! It doesn’t matter if you are learning virtually or in person, we are ready to learn TOGETHER. Even with all the planning and preparation, there will be bumps during the week. Buses may run late, drop-off & pick-up may move slowly, phones may be busy, and there may be computer issues. Just know this, our staff will take care of your children- we will start building relationships and we will do our best to ensure they’re safe. Our #MVNation will do their best to make a difference in doing what’s best for kids!
HOWEVER, we need your help by showing grace, kindness, and patience to support each other through our first week back to learning.

The PHS Band Camp has been canceled for today, Thursday, July 30th due to weather.
Next week, MVR-III superintendent, Dr. John Mulford, will host parent informational sessions regarding district plans for the coming school year. He will detail the major components of the re-entry plan and provide opportunity for questions. All informational sessions will be held in the PHS auditorium. The PHS cafeteria will be an alternate location if more space is needed. Guests are required to wear a face-covering while on a school campus. #MVNation
Reminder- The Online Learning Selection Form is now open. We are asking ALL families with students in grades K-12 to select a Student Learning Option for their child(ren) for the 2020-21 school year. Please complete a Student Learning Option Form for EACH child. If you need help completing this form, please contact your child(ren)’s school for assistance. The Return to Learning Plan has been emailed to parents. Please take the weekend to review and reflect on the plan. Should you have questions regarding the plan, please follow up with your child’s principal.
If you did not receive the email, parents may access the plan on the MVR-III website under District News and notify your child’s school to verify your email address is up-to date in the Parent Portal.
Families new to MVR-III School District should contact the school office to enroll their child(ren). Thank you and have a great weekend!

Reminder—-The MVR-III School District will publish its Return to Learning Plan on Friday, July 24th. Parents will get an email on Monday, July 27th to signup their child(ren) for the learning option that works best for their family.
Pacific Pride Victory Bell donated to Pacific High School by Mr. & Mrs. Joe Wasser. Mr. Wasser is a former volleyball coach & substitute teacher. We look forward to ringing that bell this fall. #MVNation #kindness
